Use of Service

FatigueSense is a research beta designed to help users track and reflect on fatigue patterns. Our service is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not positioned as a condition-specific solution. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals regarding any health concerns.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

The FatigueSense service, including its content, features, and functionality, are owned by FatigueSense and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

FatigueSense and its affiliates, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Data Analysis & Research

As part of our commitment to improving fatigue management and advancing scientific understanding, we may conduct analysis of app usage data for research purposes. Any data used for analysis will be fully anonymized and stripped of personally identifiable information. This analysis helps us:

• Improve the app's functionality and user experience • Advance scientific understanding of fatigue patterns • Develop better fatigue management strategies • Validate and enhance our AI algorithms

All research analysis is conducted in accordance with ethical guidelines and data protection regulations. The results may be used in academic publications or presentations, but will never include information that could identify individual users.
