The FatigueSense Podcast
We are launching a YouTube channel and podcast to help you get the most out of FatigueSense, share pacing strategies, and hear from the community.
Five minutes that answer most of the questions we are asked by email: calibration, your pace line, the Energy Budget, and what the first thirty days are doing. If something in the app puzzles you, watch this first.
Subscribe on YouTubeWhat the podcast is
An audio podcast, made for and largely by the people who use FatigueSense. There is no video and no camera, so you can take part from bed, in your own time, with nothing to prepare and nothing to look presentable for.
Most episodes are conversations with users: what your illness is like, how you pace, what you have worked out for yourself, and where the app helps or gets in the way. We will also be joined by clinicians and researchers working in chronic fatigue, sharing practical guidance for the community.
- Users sharing how they pace, and what has actually helped
- Clinicians and researchers on managing ME/CFS, long COVID and related conditions
- Living well with severe illness, including from people who are housebound or bedbound
- Getting more out of FatigueSense, explained by the people who use it daily
- Q&A episodes answering questions sent in by the community
Sign-ups for this season are full
Thank you. The response was more than we hoped for, and we have everyone we need for the first season, as guests, as question-senders and as listeners. We are contacting people from the list as episodes come together.
When sign-ups for the next season open we will announce it in the app and in the newsletter, so there is nothing to check back for. In the meantime the episodes will arrive on the YouTube channel above.
